Japan will cooperate with the United States and United kingdom to develop follow-up models of F-2 fighters

Kyodo News reported

December 2nd that according to a number of Japanese government officials disclosed on the 2nd that the Japanese government basically decided to cooperate with the United States and Britain to develop the next-generation fighter aircraft that is the successor to the

Air Self-Defense Force F-2 fighter. 

The previous policy that envisages a country’s government and enterprises as partners is revised.
