According to a report by the Japan Broadcasting Association on the 19th, the accident occurred in late January, and the nuclear material protection facility used to detect illegal intruders was damaged in many places due to staff mistakes.
Immediately after the accident, Tokyo Electric Power Company reported the situation to the Japanese government, and it was confirmed that the damage would not cause safety problems.
