February 2 A Pakistani bus overturned in Balochistan province in the southwest of the country on the 2nd, killing 14 people and injuring 9.
Pakistani media reported that the bus was planned to sail to the southern port city of Karachi, and foggy weather caused the accident.
Police and rescue workers immediately rushed to the scene to carry out rescue and took the injured to a nearby hospital.
Among the victims, women and children were included.
Traffic accidents occur frequently in Pakistan, mostly due to aging vehicles, poor road conditions and weak driver safety awareness.
On January 20, a bus broke off the road and overturned in Balochistan Province, killing eight people and injuring more than 20.
