U.S. federal court rejects Trump’s lawsuit against Pennsylvania vote

November 21 a federal judge in the United States District Court rejected Trump’s lawsuit to invalidate 7 million Pennsylvania mail ballots.

U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann said: “The plaintiff asked the court to deprive nearly 7 million voters of their right to vote and invalidate their votes. Because the court failed to find the evidence that the plaintiff claimed that there were false votes in the election.

The plaintiff’s lawsuit was rejected.”

Bran told the Trump campaign attorneys that they had not provided any factual evidence that the votes were falsely invalid, and that if dissatisfaction with the judgment, valid evidence was required before appealing.

Bran added that appeals against the results of the ballot could delay the certification of the number of votes “inappropriately”, thus affecting the presidential transition.

Therefore, all lawsuits against the Trump campaign should be judged as soon as possible.
