Washington, December 9th – On the 9th, Vice President Pence announced the list of astronaut teams of the U.S. return program “Aramis” on the lunar. Half of the 18 astronauts are women.

On the same day, Pence announced the list of 18 people participating in the “Aramis” project, including 9 men and 9 astronauts, when attending the meeting of the National Space Commission at Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The name Artemis is taken from the goddess of the moon in Greek mythology, which corresponds to the project to realize the project of “the first female astronaut landing on the moon”.
