(about 264 billion US dollars), and the budget deficit reaches about 141 billion rials, which is also the eighth consecutive year that the Saudi government budget. There is a deficit.
Speaking at the cabinet meeting on the same day, King Salman bin Abdulaziz said that Saudi Arabia’s economic and financial situation has indeed been affected by the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic around the world
but a series of health, economic and financial policies adopted by the government have effectively mitigated the relevant negative effects, and in 2021 The budget will also give priority to protecting people’s lives and health
while continuing to work to control the economic impact of the epidemic and continuously stimulate economic growth, support the private sector and guarantee national employment.
