Yonhap news on November 30th, Seoul epidemic prevention control officer Park Yumei said on the 30th that before the end of the epidemic prevention level 2 response measures in the capital circle at 00:00 next month, Seoul City will strengthen epidemic prevention efforts for mass facilities and high-risk facilities where young people have recently occurred cluster infections.

Specifically, guests are allowed to eat in brunch restaurants and bakeries, but coffee and desserts are only allowed to be packed and taken away. Indoor sports facilities such as aerobics, Zumba, aerobics, spinning bicycles and Muay Thai are prohibited from gathering; wind instruments or singing are completely prohibited in cram schools and literary training facilities. Teaching is only allowed for the purpose of college entrance examination; hotels, party rooms and family hotels are not allowed to hold party activities and other collective activities at the end of the year.

Seoul City also stipulates that residential welfare facilities such as gyms, saunas, cafes and study rooms in the apartment area will be closed; tasting activities in large supermarkets and department stores are also banned completely; the admission rate of entertainment facilities such as theme parks shall not exceed one-third; and public baths are required to comply with the equivalent of epidemic prevention.
