Secretary of the Ministry of Health of India: India may approve the coronavirus vaccine in the next few weeks

India’s health ministry secretary Rajesh Bhushan said on Tuesday that India’s drug regulator may

approve emergency use authorization for one or more coronavirus vaccines in the coming weeks

India’s Economic Times reported on December 9.

Pfizer, Serum Institute of India and Bharat Biotechnology have reportedly

applied for emergency use authorization for vaccines in India.
