Debris splashes from a Russian bus explosion
According to Russian media reports, on the evening of August 12, local time, a bus exploded in the center of the Russian city of Voronezh, killing two people and injuring 20 others, three of whom are in critical condition. The bus was stopping near the station waiting for passengers to board when the accident happened.
Video showed the bus badly damaged in the blast, with several passengers rushing out of the broken body. It is reported that there were more than 30 people on the bus at the time of the explosion. According to the local government, the bus uses diesel fuel and has no gas equipment. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
