The police department said police who tested positive for coronavirus had not contacted Olympians or the general public. Five other police officers living in the same room as three police officers have been transferred to another dormitory building for isolation.
Hyogo Prefecture police sent to Tokyo on duty, has previously lived in the city’s police dormitory 14 police officers tested positive for the coronavirus, the cumulative number of infected has reached 17 people.
