Norway’s prime minister: AstraZeneca’s Coronavirus vaccine will be discontinued

May 13 (2021 Reuters) – Norway will no longer use the Coronavirus vaccine produced by AstraZeneca, but whether to restart the Coronavirus vaccine produced by Johnson and Johnson remains to be decided, Prime Minister Solberg announced Wednesday.

Earlier, the Norwegian government’s committee of experts reportedly recommended that both vaccines should be excluded from the Norwegian government’s vaccination program because of the rare but highly damaging side effects of the Coronavirus vaccine.
