Yonhap news on December 9th, the official Facebook of the Russian Embassy in North Korea said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Korea sent a letter to embassies and international agencies in Pyongyang
introducing that the North Korean government will implement “super-super-grade” epidemic prevention response measures and requesting the cooperation of all embassies.
According to the official letter, North Korea will set up another clinic in front of the diplomatic park in Pyongyang City and in front of the Chinese and Russian embassies in North Korea to take temperatures and disinfect hands for people entering and leaving.
The DPRK also requires the embassies in North Korea to handle business by telephone as much as possible.
If face-to-face meetings are needed, avoid physical contact and keep a distance of more than two meters between them. Religious activities and meals are limited to less than 15 and less than 10 people, respectively.
The Russian Embassy in North Korea also said that the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently called Russia to inform that the only Longleshan Park that was once allowed to enter and exit was closed again.
The restaurant in Pyongyang was only open until 9 p.m., and North Korean staff of foreign diplomatic missions in North Korea had to leave work before 6 p.m.
