New York Governor Cuomo is the candidate for Attorney General of the Biden administration

December 11, the Hill reported that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo became the candidate for the Attorney General of President Biden’s government.

The other three potential candidates include former Acting Secretary Sally Yates and Judge Merrick Garland, who was the candidate for the United States Supreme Court nominated by former President Obama in 2016. Outgoing Senator Doug Jones is also the main contender for the position of U.S. Attorney General.
