December 16th, Osaka police said that the bodies of a mother and daughter were found in an apartment in the city, all of which were starved to death. Among them, the mother in her 60s weighs only about 30 kilograms, and there is no food in the refrigerator at home.
According to Japan’s Sankei Shimbun on the 15th, the two dead were a 42-year-old woman and her mother in her 60s.
The autopsy showed that the 42-year-old woman died because of heart failure caused by malnutrition, and her mother died because of malnutrition caused by hunger. Both of them have died for several months.
The apartment management notified his relatives after finding that the mail in his home was not signed for.
After obtaining the consent of his relatives, the local police entered the house and found that the two fell to the ground and there was no food in the refrigerator.
