According to a report by the Russian Sputnik Satellite News Agency on the 31st, India plans to pass a law to prohibit other virtual currencies at home, such as Bitcoin from circulating and using virtual currencies in India.
At the same time, the Indian Parliament issued a message: “A relevant incentive mechanism will be established to promote the Bank of India to launch an official digital currency.”
The report said that although India intends to ban other virtual currencies from circulating in the country in the future, the government still allows enterprises to develop and launch technologies and applications related to virtual currency in India.
