Europe is becoming a global battery production gathering place

December 11, Europe quickly established a production system for battery units, the core component of pure electric vehicles (EV).

The total planned capacity of enterprises will exceed 300 gigawatt-hours (GWh) by 2025, more than 15 times that of 2019.

In Eastern Europe, South Korean companies led the way, and auto giants such as German Volkswagen and French Peugeot Citroën Group (PSA) also decided to get involved.

Driven by the industrial support policy of the European Union, the scope of the pure electric vehicle industry is expanding.
