January 15 According to two people familiar with the matter quoted on the website Politico of the United States, due to security reasons, the rehearsal of Biden’s inauguration originally scheduled for the 17th will be postponed and planned to be held on the 18th.

Out of high concern for security, Biden’s team also cancelled the trip from Wilmington to Washington by American Railways train scheduled for the 18th.

At present, the inauguration committee of the President of the United States has declined to comment on these changes, and the Secret Service and others have not responded.

U.S. media pointed out that after the riots in the Capitol in Washington, the U.S. National Guard is expected to deploy more than 20,000 soldiers to help maintain security.

Some members of Congress and DHS officials are worried about the rising threat to the presidential inauguration. The FBI has warned that armed protests may occur in all 50 states of the United States.
