April 5th – At about 7:00 a.m. local time on April 5th, the body of a woman was found in an old-ware recycling bin outside a shopping mall in Australia. Police and medical staff called it an “accident”.
According to Russia Today, local residents of Queensland called the police immediately after discovering the woman in her 30s. When the police and medical staff arrived at the scene, they found that the woman was dead.
Live video shows Queensland fire and emergency services personnel using electric tools to cut through the old clothes recycling bin and remove the body. Police said the incident was considered a tragedy, and said that the woman drove to the mall and the lid of the box hit her as she reached out.
Police said the reason why the woman was trapped in the recycling bin is not clear. The initial investigation found no obvious criminal act. The death has now been treated as an “accident” and the identity of the victim is still being confirmed.
