Armenian prosecutors have launched criminal proceedings against President Sargsan

3rd May 2021 Armenia’S Attorney General Filed Criminal ChargeS Against President SarGSian For Concealing Dual Nationality.

It is alleged that 53 lawyers have submitted a joint report concerning the fact that President Sargsan of Asia concealed his dual nationality. According to information released by the Armenian Attorney General’s Office, Sargsian’s British citizenship was not terminated in 2001, but later. Under the Sub-Criminal Code, the prosecution initiated criminal proceedings against Sargsian on the grounds of forgery of documents.
