On November 6, the National Disaster Reduction Commission of the Philippines issued the latest report stating that the death toll in the Philippines has risen to 22 due to the typhoon “Swan”, with 3 people missing and 165 injured.
The Philippine National Disaster Reduction Commission wrote in the report that nearly 1.2 million people were affected during the “swan” transit through the Philippines, of which 480,000 were evacuated before the typhoon arrived. In addition, more than 53,000 houses were destroyed, infrastructure worth about 11 billion pesos (about 250 million USD) was destroyed, and agricultural losses exceeded 2.9 billion pesos (about 80 million USD).
