So far, there are 34 parties to the Open Skies Treaty. U.S. President Trump announced at the end of May this year that the United States had initiated the withdrawal process from the Open Skies Treaty on the grounds that Russia violated the Treaty.
Russia has repeatedly refuted the U.S. accusation of breach of contract.
