Putin: Russia only plays the role of mediator in the Naka ceasefire agreement
On November 22nd local time, Russian President Putin said in an interview with the reporter of “Russia-1 Channel” that Russia only played the role of mediator in reaching the Naka ceasefire agreement.
Previously, there were media reports that Putin himself drafted the whole content of the ceasefire agreement. Putin said that three people drafted the ceasefire agreement, Azerbaijani President Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Pahiniyan and himself. Putin stressed in the interview that the Naqqaqa issue is generally still a problem between Armenia and Azerbaijan, but Russia will also seriously fulfill its obligations under the ceasefire agreement.
