According to Korean media reports, since last week, the South Korean men’s football team has been preparing for friendly matches with Mexico and Qatar in Vienna.
In the test last week, 4 players including goalkeeper Zhao Xianyou and 1 staff were diagnosed with Coronavirus. Subsequent testing found that two other players and one staff member were diagnosed.
Reuters reported on the 19th that the South Korean Football Association said that South Korean men’s football team forward Huang Heecan and a staff member were tested to be infected with Coronavirus, and the number of infections rose to 10.
According to reports, Huang Xican participated in a friendly match against Qatar on the 17th and was diagnosed shortly after the match.
The statement said that Huang Xican will be quarantined at home and continue to be tested.
