Pacific island country Samoa finds first case of Coronavirus
On November 19, the first case of coronavirus was found in the Pacific island country of Samoa.
The patient was a Samoan sailor.
He returned to Samoa from Auckland last Friday on a flight to transport the nationals home.
According to official news from Samoa, the patient has no symptoms but tested positive for the virus and is currently in isolation.
The Samoan government will meet on the 19th to discuss future prevention and control measures.
Samoa is located in the South Pacific with only 200,000 people and limited medical conditions.
