According to British media reports, on the 16th local time, after British Prime Minister Johnson self-isolated, another 6 Conservative Party members began to self-isolate.
Among the segregated congressmen, five congressmen including Leah Nissi, Catherine Fleischer, Andy Carter, Brendan Clark-Smith and Chris Clarkson were in contact at an event on Downing Street on the 12th. Conservative Party member Lee Anderson, and Anderson subsequently tested positive for Coronavirus. In addition, two of Johnson’s assistants also attended the event and have been told to self-isolate.
Congressman Maria Miller sat near Anderson during a meeting of Parliament on the 11th and is currently in self-isolation.
The Prime Minister’s Office on Downing Street stated that social distancing was followed during the activities on the 12th, but all participants are currently in self-isolation.
