25 April 2021, Peru’s former President Biscara posted on social media that he and his spouse have been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia, and the symptoms. Biscara stressed that he and his family had taken the necessary precautions, quarantined after being diagnosed with the infection and urged people not to let their guard down.
According to Peru’s Ministry of Health reported on the 24th, the country’s new coronary pneumonia has a cumulative number of confirmed cases of 1754,150 cases, a cumulative total of 59,440 deaths. A total of 15,239 hospitalizations were reported. A total of 1670805 cases were cured.
