April 21 2021 A Chinese-American police detective and his mother in New York City were threatened with hatred in March, the U.S. Chinese reported. Recently, his city police five branch filed a civil lawsuit, asking the defendant for monetary compensation, and publicly apologize.
According to court documents, the incident occurred on March 11, local time, when defendant Tyrrell Harper was taking part in a legal racial equality demonstration, but in the process made a case against Detective Vincent Chuang, using discriminatory language against Asians and even violently threatening Vincent Chuang’s mother.
Harper has now been issued with an arrest warrant.
A civil lawsuit filed by the New York City Police Department’s Fifth Division seeks compensation from Harper, a public apology, and a public explanation of why he targeted Asians for hate.

Paul also praised Vincent Chuang’s restraint at the time of the incident and stressed that hate crimes were intolerable: “The city is increasing violence against Asian Americans, and we must give those racists a warning… Hate affects everyone, even if you’re in uniform, and hopefully this lawsuit will show racists that they have a price to pay. ”
