A new batch of active ingredients from China’s SINOVAC vaccine has arrived in Brazil

April 19, local time, a new batch of active ingredients for Brazil’s China’s SINOVAC vaccine arrived at the international airport in Sao Paulo, the country’s largest city. In the face of a global shortage of vaccines, China has sent four batches of coronavirus vaccine active ingredients to Brazil to help it fight the outbreak.

Under the cooperation agreement, the Butantan Institute in Brazil will use the active ingredients of coronavirus vaccine produced in China for localization of the vaccine.

According to statistics, 85% of the vaccines injected by Brazilians are chinese.
