Kabul, January 26 Afghan police confirmed on the 26th that a bomb attack occurred in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, killing one person on the same day.
Kabul Police spokesman Ferdaos Faramaz said in a telephone interview with News Agencies that at about 11:15 a.m. on the same day, a car was hit by a magnetic bomb in Kabul’s 5th police district, killing one person on the car on the spot.
Faramaz did not disclose the identity of the deceased, saying that the police had opened an investigation into the matter.
Recently, attacks in Kabul have been frequent.
On the 17th, a car was attacked by gunmen in Kabul’s 4th police district, killing two female government employees.
