U.S. Special Envoy in Northern Ireland Mulvaney announced his resignation

According to the latest news from the Capitol, Mick Mulvaney, a former “housekeeper” of the White House, announced his resignation as Special Envoy for Northern Ireland after the riots in the Capitol.

“I can’t stay here, I can’t stay here after yesterday,” Mulvaney said in an interview with CNBC.

So far, U.S. Deputy National Security Adviser Pottinger, White House Deputy Press Secretary Matthews, and First Lady Melania’s Chief of Staff Grisham have confirmed their resignation.
