January 3rd local time, Larry King, a former talk show host of CNN, has been hospitalized for more than a week with COVID-19. The celebrated host, 87, is being treated at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and his family members are prohibited from visiting under hospital regulations.

He has been plagued by health problems in recent decades, suffering from a variety of basic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes and lung cancer.
