December 25th local time, Prime Minister Ollie of Nepal held a cabinet meeting, appointed eight new ministers and one new minister of state, and decided that all nine of them were admitted to the cabinet.
Later that day, newly appointed ministers and ministers of state were sworn in at the Nepalese presidential palace.
According to local media reports, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament of Nepal, Sapukota, and the Chairman of the Federal Council of Parliament, Timirsina, attended the inauguration ceremony.
This is also the first public appearance between Prime Minister Ollie and Speaker of the House of Representatives Sapkota after Nepalese President Bhandari agreed to dissolve the House of Representatives on the proposal of the government on December 20.
On December 20, dissatisfied with the dissolution of the House of Representatives, seven cabinet ministers, including the then Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, announced their collective resignation.
