It is understood that one of the eight staff members lives in the same dormitory with three staff members of Parliament, and three parliamentary staff members in the same dormitory were diagnosed with COVID-19 on December 16.
At present, the dormitory has been closed after disinfection.
According to the Ministry of Health and Sports of Myanmar, as of the evening of December 23, there were 118,869 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar, of which 99,325 were cured and 2,507 were killed.
