The Michigan State Capitol is temporarily closed due to “threatening violence”

December 14th local time, Michigan officials closed the state capitol building before the Electoral College voted on the grounds of “credible threat of violence” to keep it closed to the public to ensure that the voting work of the Electoral College can proceed smoothly.
