According to a report on the 25th by ITAR-Flag, Azerbaijani President Aliyev claimed on Sunday that Armenia is regularly receiving weapons from foreign countries.
At a combat meeting attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, Aliyev said, “I must say that Armenia is arming itself today. The most advanced weapons are shipped to Armenia every day. We have a list of these weapons. We have all of them. Flight data: flight departure time, location, departure city, arrival time in Yerevan, and what cargo is carried on it.”
Aliyev claimed that Armenia “was and is now receiving weapons for free.” He emphasized, “We cannot remain silent about this. We are fighting single-handedly.”
At the same time, the Press Service of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Armenia stated on the 25th that the General Prosecutor’s Office of Armenia has received factual evidence that many soldiers of the Turkish armed forces’ special forces have participated in combat operations in the Nagorno-Karabakh area.
The statement stated, “As part of the investigation into the criminal case of Azerbaijan’s aggressive war against Armenia and the Naka region, the Armenian General Prosecutor’s Office has received factual evidence that since August this year, many soldiers of the Turkish armed forces’ special forces have trained the Azerbaijani army and Participated directly in combat operations.”
