It is an urgent task for all countries to prevent the epidemic and stabilize the economy with the other. Participants generally agreed that the BRICS countries have maintained a high level of cooperation during the epidemic, and should further strengthen communication and work together to create a better future.
Ivan Melinikov, the first vice president of the Russian State Duma, said that the sudden outbreak has become the most severe test of national governance and intergovernmental cooperation among countries.
