January 11th local time, WHO held a regular press conference on COVID-19.

Bruce Elward, senior adviser to the Director-General of WHO, said that more than 40 countries have begun to vaccinate against the novel coronavirus and used five different coronavirus vaccines, but they are both high-income countries and upper middle-income countries.

WHO will accelerate the delivery of COVID-19 vaccine to low- and middle-income countries through the COVID-19 Vaccine Implementation Plan, which are expected to start vaccination in February.
