Violators of Egypt enforcement of mandatory wearing masks in public places will be fined
According to Egyptian media reports on the 3rd local time, Egyptian
Prime Minister Madbuli said at the meeting of the Supreme Council for the Prevention and Control of the
Coronavirus Pandemic on the 2nd that in order to prevent the second wave of the Pandemic
It will be mandatory to wear masks in public places from the 3rd.
Violators will be fined 4,000 Egyptian pounds about 300$.
The mandatory mask order stipulates that people who do not wear muzzles should be fined on public transportation
(including taxis and minibuses), government agencies, commercial places, and other crowded places.
Any place that violates this regulation and other government anti-Pandemic measures will be closed immediately.
