According to Belgian media reports on the 17th, a Variant COVID-19 cluster infection occurred in the West Flanders region of the country in the United Kingdom recently.
At least 128 people were confirmed to be infected with the virus, including three deaths.
The cluster infection was originally outbreak in a local nursing home, and now the town where the nursing home is located has also seen multiple confirmed cases of Variant COVID-19.
At present, all social activities in the town have been cancelled and the military has been requested to send people to help care for nursing homes.
It is reported that the relevant local departments have now begun to investigate the source of infection of Variant COVID-19.
