Uzbekistan reports first case of mutated coronavirus infection

Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Health said on the 30th news that the country reported the first case of mutant coronavirus infection, the patient is being isolated at home and is in good health.

Deputy Health Minister Yusupaliev said on the same day that a 10-year-old girl and her family returned to Uzbekistan from the United Arab Emirates on the 23rd.

She was tested positive for the rapid virus at the airport, and then went to the infectious disease hospital for further testing, and was finally diagnosed with the variant of the coronavirus.
