November 19 the Wisconsin State Election Commission announced that it had officially ordered a recalculation of the president of the state after receiving a $3 million payment from the Trump campaign. Some votes in the general election.

Trump campaign submitted a petition on November 18, asking Milwaukee and Dane counties to recount their votes. 

These two counties are important votes for the Democratic Party, with many African-American and college students voters.

At present, the Wisconsin State Electoral Commission has requested the relevant staff of Milwaukee County and Dane County to gather at 9 am on November 21, and complete the recount before December 1.
