Johns Hopkins University, the top five new confirmed cases in a single day in the

United States were

reported within the past 8 days.

dies of new coronary pneumonia every two minutes.

This number continues to increase.

With the surge in confirmed cases, hospitals are facing increasing pressure. Data show that on October 30th, more than

46,000 people were hospitalized in

United States, a record high.

The number of new hospitalizations reported by 14 states broke the record.
