November 25. On the 24th local time, the US media Axios quoted two people familiar with the matter as saying that US President Trump told his close cronies that he planned to pardon former National Security Affairs Assistant Michael Flynn.
Prior to this, Flynn was involved in the “Tong-Rumen” investigation and pleaded guilty in December 2017 for giving false testimony to the FBI.
