December 21st, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that 45 Russian companies that cooperate with the military will be included in the sanctions list.
In response, the Kamiya said on the 22nd that this was another hostile move by the U.S. government against Russia and would further damage the already bad relationship between Moscow and Washington.
According to the Russian satellite news agency and Reuters, Russian President’s press secretary Peskov told reporters on the 22nd, “This is another hostile move against Russia. We regret that the outgoing U.S. government has hit the already bad Russian-American relations again.
Each such strike furthers the normalization of relations between the two countries and makes it more difficult for the two countries to get out of the current predicament.”
