Ukraine’s health minister has been sacked over the supply of coronavirus vaccine

May 19 2021 Ukraine’s Supreme Rada (Parliament) held a special session on the 18th local time, which voted 292 in favor of the removal of Ukrainian Health Minister Stepanov.

According to Ukrainian media quoted sources as saying that Stepanov was dismissed mainly because of the coronavirus vaccine supply and other issues related.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmegal on the 14th of this month to Ukraine’s Supreme Rada submitted a proposal to remove Health Minister Stepanov. Ukraine’s chief doctor, Leyashko, is currently one of the candidates for the new health minister.
