On December 8th local time, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected some Republicans’ attempts to reverse President-elect Biden’s election victory in Pennsylvania.

CNBC reported that the Supreme Court rejected the application to support Trump Republican Pennsylvania Senator Mike Kelly, who believed that Pennsylvania’s mail-in ballots were illegal.

When the Supreme Court announced the decision, it did not mention the objection of the judge. The entire order of the court reads: “The application for injunction filed with Judge Alito was rejected.”

Although the U.S. presidential election vote has now been basically determined that Biden won the election with 306 votes, more than the required number of 270 votes and 36 votes, the current U.S. President Trump has refused to admit defeat. Trump has said in the election that the Supreme Court may finally decide the outcome of the election.

Trump has appointed three current U.S. Supreme Court seats, including Amy Comey Barrett, who caused controversy in the upcoming election.
