November 9th local time, Trump campaign filed a lawsuit in a federal court in Pennsylvania
requesting an emergency order to prevent officials from verifying that Biden won in the state.
According to Reuters, the lawsuit stated that Pennsylvania’s mail voting system “lacked of transparency and verifiability.”
Matt Morgan, the general counsel of the Trump campaign, said in a statement: “Pennsylvania voters vote differently.
We believe that this election system has led to improper verification or supervision, and there may be fraud in the counting of votes. .”
The lawsuit was filed against Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Bukova. Her office has not responded yet.
According to APNEWS, the Trump campaign filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania and Michigan on the 4th, all of which were rejected.

According to US election rules, if the final result is confirmed to be valid Biden will be successfully elected as the 46th and 59th President of the United States.
