December 22nd, the House of Representatives of the United States Congress voted to approve a coronavirus relief plan of about 900 billion US dollars.

On the 20th, the U.S. Congress reached an agreement on a nearly $1 trillion coronavirus relief stimulus bill, which involves economic relief for American businesses and individuals and covers the funding sources of COVID-19 vaccines to other countries.

It is understood that the bill includes a cash payment of $600 for the majority of Americans, a supplementary unemployment insurance payment of $300 a week, a new round of subsidies for hard-hit American enterprises, and driving funds for schools, health insurance practitioners and rent-bearing tenants.

The bill is expected to be voted on by the Senate. The final agreement will be the largest anti-epidemic aid expenditure to date in the United States Congress.
