The SpaceX spacecraft is carrying four astronauts into space and the French astronaut will be the stationmaster of the International Space Station

In the early hours of April 23rd went on a six-month mission to the International Space Station. Thomas Pesquet, a Frenchman, will take over as stationmaster of the International Space Station on the mission, the first time a French astronaut has held the post. Pesquet, 43, is a French aerospace engineer and pilot.
