According to the data of Iran’s Ministry of Health on the 1st, in the past 24 hours, there have been 6,286 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Iran, with a total of 1,31429 confirmed cases; 114 new deaths, with a total of 55,337 deaths; and 6,669 new cured cases and 995,507 cured cases.

Iran’s Food and Drug Administration said on the same day that Iran will obtain a coronavirus vaccine through foreign procurement, World Health Organization channels, joint production with foreign countries, independent research and development and production. At present, Iran is cooperating with Cuba to test a vaccine developed by Iran.

According to the data released by the Ministry of Health of Morocco on the 1st, there were 1,861 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the country in the past day, with a total of 4393 confirmed cases, 407,504 cured cases and 7,388 deaths.

According to Moroccan media reports, the Moroccan government is studying the launch of two coronavirus vaccines in the country, and the results will be announced in the near future.

The Iraqi Ministry of Health reported on the 1st that there were 902 new confirmed cases in Iraq on the same day, with a total of 596,193 confirmed cases; 11 new deaths, with a total of 12,824 deaths; and 1,976 new cured cases, with a total of 539,817 cured cases.

The Iraqi Ministry of Health issued a statement on the same day that in the second half of 2020, Iraq continued to improve its ability to fight against the novel coronavirus epidemic. The number of nucleic acid testing laboratories nationwide increased from 2 to 70, more than 60 temporary hospitals were opened, and more than 9,000 ventilators were added nationwide.
